American Airlines

A discount agreement has been completed and is valid June 2 – 16, 2009 for travel to Boston Logan Airport.

The Promotion Code for meeting attendees and exhibitors is A6869BG. www.AA.com.

All attendees and exhibitors will receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable published airfare.

To make a discount reservation, please call the Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada or go to www.AA.com and refer to your Promotion Code.

There will also be a separate ticketing charge of $20.00 USD for tickets purchased via the phone or $30.00 USD for tickets purchased at the airport. This amount is subject to change. At this time there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed on www.AA.com. The percentage discount can be booked on-line at www.AA.com for American Airlines and American Eagle flights only.

For your International originating guests, they will need to call their local reservations number and refer to the Promotion Code.

Booking flights: To be able to use the discount, all travel must be booked online. Flights are capacity controlled and any flight is entitled to the 5% discount as long as it fits the criteria outlined below. All flights in a reservation must include valid routes and travel dates in order to receive a discount. If only one direction of travel is valid, please book your valid flight as a one-way trip using the promotional code and the other segment as a one-way trip without the code.

Your promotional code is specific to IMS2009. You must include valid routes and travel dates in order to receive a discount.

The cities:
The code is valid for routes in and out of Boston Logan Airport only.

Flight dates:
Any flight can be chosen as long as it arrives at the destination no more than two days before the start of the convention and departs no more than two days after the end of the convention.

Changes: Any changes to an itinerary booked with a promotional code will be subject to a change fee; any applicable increase in airfare, and it will also result in the removal of the discount.

Cancellations: Booking may be cancelled, but will be subject to a cancellation fee.
