Submit A Paper
Technical paper summary submissions for this symposium must
be uploaded electronically to the submission
site no later than 8 December 2008.

- IEEE Copyright forms are not required for the Paper Summary
- Please note that this year, Paper Summaries can be submitted
to Focus
and Special Sessions in addition to the Technical Areas
listed in the Call for Papers.
Authors of paper summary submissions accepted for presentation
at the symposium must submit a separate “Final Manuscript”
electronically no later than 20 March 2009.

II. Final Manuscript Submission Aids:
- Instructions for submitting your Final Manuscript: (Coming
in February 2009)
- The IEEE Copyright Form must be submitted with the Final
Manuscript version of accepted papers. This year copyrights
will be submitted electronically. During the submission
of your final manuscript, you will be automatically taken
to the IEEE electronic copyright form (eCF) web site.
- "Your Paper Has Been
Accepted" Simple advice for preparing your presentation.
- Guidelines
for preparing slides and an optional IMS2009 Slide
Template for your presentation in power point format.
A WARNING to authors about ITAR & obtaining clearance
to publish (PDF).
Hard copies will not be accepted,
all submissions must be made in PDF format via the electronic
paper submission site!
Authors are responsible for formatting. All font embedding
must be IEEE compatible.
